I have a favor to ask of all my readers-particularly the ones are residing in the Centerville/Goldendale area. Please send me pictures of all the stuck tractors you see this spring. I'd like to make a compilation of them. Email me at email@example.com
Farmers around here get "spring fever" and just can't wait to head out into their fields. Most of the time doesn't pay off to rush the soil. Wait long enough to make sure the fields are dry, folks! But nope-it seems like at least ten tractors get stuck every spring.
This farmer actually headed out too late last fall, and his tractor has been there all winter. It was just raining again too, so it'll be awhile yet before he gets out.
This is Dad's tractor three? years ago. He'd had the pond filled in and that area wasn't as firm as he expected.
